Service Coordinator If you have dispatch experience and are looking for a new full-time opportunity, then consider this Service Coordinator opening in Dover, NH! You’ll manage the schedule of field service technicians and communicate directly with customers to ensure prompt service of our client’s innovative mailing, imaging, and document management equipment.Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator
- Manage day-to-day work schedules of field service technicians
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Troubleshoot customer service calls per company guidelines; help resolve repairs over the phone or schedule service calls as needed
- Order parts
- Process paperwork, keep records, and maintain reports
- Provide quotes, schedule, and process all billable service calls for noncontracted customers
- Help ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications of the Service Coordinator
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience
- Well-organized with high attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
